Brooke joined the Institute in 2020 as a Research Assistant, before becoming a Marketing Scientist in 2021. She has experience in data coding and analysis, literature search and summaries, as well as proof-reading and editing of academic papers and reports for industry.
Brooke’s main area of research is branding, with her current research exploring the strength of Distinctive Assets within service brands.
