About me

Debbie Faulkner is Co-Executive Director of the Centre for Markets, Values and Inclusion, UniSA Business. Debbie is a human/social geographer working in the areas of housing and ageing, health, age care, social participation and wellbeing of older people and the housing of at risk groups in the community including people with a disability, women and those homeless or at risk of homelessness. Through qualitative and quantitative methods my research plays a role in identifying and raising awareness of the issues confronting these groups, identifying the inequities and conflicts within policy arenas and working within policy and practice frameworks to advocate for change.
