An interest of mine is developing and supporting health professionals in their facilitation and management skills of both staff and students. I believe equipping people with the correct tools and supporting them will equal: (1) successful student clinical placements, (2) successful integration of new staff to your team, (3) engaged team, and finally, but not least, (4) health professionals who take the time to support students and new staff.
