Ms Jillian Lechner

I am the Director: Business Intelligence and Planning, leading a team responsible for –

• supporting corporate planning & performance monitoring
• producing insights to assist in decision making through reporting and analysis
• managing surveys
• managing the UniSA enterprise data warehouse

I have worked across other functions of the university including UniSA Online where I was part of the leadership team during its establishment and in Finance as the manager of the group accounting team.

I focus on improving processes and management of data to generate key insights and recommendations for senior management. I provide advice on legislative impacts, funding, costing, profitability, operations, and inform strategy through benchmarking in the higher education sector.

Prior to joining UniSA I worked across a broad range of sectors including state and federal government and several corporate organisations in financial management and planning roles.

I have a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and am a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
