I am an early career Research Fellow at the University of South Australia. I have published on gender and leadership, urban and regional development, labour markets, and housing. I have a particular interest alternative approaches place-based leadership that consider how diversity can be harnessed to overcome disadvantage and inequality. The overarching principle behind my work is to undertake research that supports communities to be socially, culturally, economically, and environmentally safe, vibrant, and inclusive. I am currently working on the RACE for 2030 CRC project Energy Masters and am a member of the Centre for Enterprise Dynamics in Global Economies (C-EDGE).
