Pradeep has worked at the interface of science and business for 15+ years. His career has taken him through the challenges and successes of working in Silicon Valley startups, helping incubate over 75 spinouts at a prestigious university in India, and leading successful innovation programs nationally and internationally across industry, government, and academia to support entrepreneurs in diverse sectors.
Since his relocation to Australia in 2018, he has worked in technology commercialisation for James Cook University and QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in Queensland. Prior to this, he was Head of Programs in SINE, the business incubator of IIT Bombay, India. Previously, he worked in business roles in several US-based startups. Pradeep has a medical degree (MBBS) from the University of Kerala, India, and a Master of Bioscience degree from Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences, USA.
