Mr Ross Morriss

Ross has extensive senior management expertise in the development and delivery of a broad range of education, consulting and professional services across public and private sector organisations. Personal expertise extends to lecturing at MBA level, mentoring young entrepreneurs, involvement with company/private sector boards and consulting in business development/improvement.

Ross is currently the Director of UniSA’ Strategic Partnerships Unit which develops and delivers industry based education programs across Australia. Previous positions include Divisional Manager (part of the senior executive team) for an Australian top 20 Corporate being responsible for client services covering business improvement, operational/systems support, marketing and development. Ross has a strong background in education, being with the University in a lecturer/management role for more than 11 years. Ross’ key responsibilities include: - Strategic direction and overall performance of this unit - Development and implementation of key initiatives - Business development and relationship management with key partners and stakeholders - Industry education delivery formats, lecturer/school engagement, program pricing - Strategic contractual arrangements - Industry education program development - Management of day-to-day operations. Ross teaches on-campus, online and within partner organisations in courses including Lean Leadership, Integrative Case Studies, Strategic Concepts, and Information Strategies for Management Decisions. Ross is a graduate of the UNISA MBA program with 17 years management and consulting experience in systems, operations and sales.
