In my role as Manager, ICT Support Services I look after the IT Services for staff and students and the on-campus experience across the suburban and regional campuses (Mawson Lakes, Magill, Whyalla & Mount Gambier). My teams provide university wide 1st level support through the IT Help Desk, manage and support the staff computing environment, ensure the University's software is properly licenced, ensure student computing facilities are up to date, and manage the lifecyle of the University computers used by staff and students.
