Ms Ruth Blenkiron

Ruth Blenkiron has been the Executive Director: Human Resources at the University of South Australia (UniSA) since July 2008.  Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all Human Resource functions of the University including organisational development, payroll and superannuation.
• Manage all aspects of HR for a total staff cohort of 6,700 (approx) academic and professional staff.
• Lead and motivate a team of 100+ staff with seven direct reports.

Ruth Blenkiron's role is a direct report to the Vice Chancellor and she is a member of the University’s Senior Management Group with key responsibilities for driving change and innovation.
