Sinead’s approach centres around openness and curiosity, with a focus on supporting students to explore mental health and personal difficulties in a safe and collaborative way. Sinead utilises an eclectic approach, drawing on evidence based modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness. Her aim is for students to feel supported and equipped with tools that fit their unique needs.
Sinead enjoys being in the outdoors and going on adventures with her two dogs.
