Theresa is a registered Clinical Psychologist who strives to provide a safe, caring and supportive space for students to talk about their difficulties. Theresa has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, community mental health services and in private practice, providing psychological support and treatment for a wide range of personal and mental health issues.

About me
Theresa is a registered Clinical Psychologist who strives to provide a safe, caring and supportive space for students to talk about their difficulties. Theresa has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, community mental health services and in private practice, providing psychological support and treatment for a wide range of personal and mental health issues.
As a Student Counsellor, Theresa supports students in dealing with challenging life circumstances and difficulties that are affecting their wellbeing and/or studies, including (but not limited to) difficulties in adapting to change, low motivation, stress, insomnia, loss/grief, anxiety or relationship problems. Theresa utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, depending on the presenting issue and individual student’s needs.
In her spare time, Theresa enjoys spending time with friends, photography, going for bike rides or walks along the beach. Theresa also loves travelling and is fluent in German.
Theresa is available for appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
