About me

Deepak Sardana is an academic, entrepreneur, and business consultant. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of A.D. Craft Desires Pty. Ltd. Prior to founding A.D. Craft Desires, he was an academic member of the Australian School of Business (ASB) with the University of New South Wales (UNSW), the only business school in Australia to figure consistently in the top-50 Financial Times ranked business schools of the world. In 2007-08, Deepak worked closely with the Director (School of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at ASB) and other senior academic members to completely revamp the Exec-year MBA course at the Australian School of Business, since then it has consistently ranked higher than in previous years. Deepak Sardana is an academic, entrepreneur, and business consultant. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of A.D. Craft Desires Pty. Ltd. Prior to founding A.D. Craft Desires, he was an academic member of the Australian School of Business (ASB) with the University of New South Wales (UNSW), the only business school in Australia to figure consistently in the top-50 Financial Times ranked business schools of the world. In 2007-08, Deepak worked closely with the Director (School of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at ASB) and other senior academic members to completely revamp the Exec-year MBA course at the Australian School of Business, since then it has consistently ranked higher than in previous years. In 2009-10, Deepak (along with two other international scholars) received a prestigious research grant from the Australian Research Council (which is equivalent to National Science Foundation of USA). Deepak has done research and consultancy in the field of policy, entrepreneurship and strategy formation. His research papers have been accepted for presentation in several prestigious ‘A grade’ international conferences (such as Academy of Management Conference, Schumpeter Conference, European Academy of Management Conference, Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference). He has also published his work in peer reviewed international journals (such as Journal of Small Business Management, Science Technology and Society).
