About me
Elké Seretis is the Deputy Director: Commercial at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science.
The Institute is world-famous for expertise in the field of marketing, and has an impressive client list that includes brands like Coca-Cola, Google, TNT, Unilever, Procter and Gamble, Mars and many more. These international companies financially support the Institute’s Corporate Sponsorship Program and use the Institute’s cutting-edge research to guide business strategy and grow their brands.
Elké began her career working in marketing and advertising before joining the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute (formerly the Marketing Science Centre) in 2000. She has expertise in customer relationship management, strategic business planning, marketing and communications, and business development. She also holds a Bachelor of Management. Elké manages all of the commercial operations of the Institute, including finance, marketing, field operations, business development, and, crucially, client relationship management. She is responsible for managing the Institute’s three Advisory Boards, which represent the Institute and University's commitment to international industry and academic links, and help to ensure that the Institute’s research agenda is relevant to the business world.
Elké specialises in strategic business and marketing planning and client relationship management. Her work at the Institute has been invaluable in identifying new opportunities, developing business partnerships and attracting and retaining clients.
