Over the years, I have conducted research in the areas of learning in organizations, including experiential learning, action learning, problem-based learning, and organizational learning. My recent work involves the exploration of intra-organizational learning dynamics, knowledge utilization, and team learning from the practice-based perspective.
I undertook postgraduate research studies at the Leeds Business School, Leeds Metropolitan University, in Organization Studies, Said Business School, University of Oxford, in Organizational Leadership, and HEC Paris School of Management in Organizational Change.
I am an active practitioner-researcher engaging in applied research through organizational analysis and interventions from the strategic change perspective. I am also keen on management coaching and consulting in the context of professional and organizational development.
As a contribution to the scholastic community, I serve on the Editorial Advisory Boards of Human Resource Development International (Routledge), Industrial and Commercial Training (Emerald), and Development and Learning in Organizations: An International Journal (Emerald).
I have also served as a doctoral external examiner for the University of Newcastle (Australia), University College London (United Kingdom), and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
