Alice is a lecturer and researcher in UniSA Creative. In 2014 she completed a Ph.D. examining the use of websites and social media by third-sector organisations. One of the award-winning, long-standing projects she worked on was the Sustainable Online Community Engagement Project, in which students created communication products and services, such as websites, which were hosted by the university. The project also provided training to community organisations in how to maintain their websites.
