As a Student Counsellor, Angela offers support and practical strategies to students dealing with mental health and personal issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss and relationship issues. Angela utilises evidence-based interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes for students including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and solution focused approaches.

In her spare time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends and likes to be active including playing sport and getting outdoors.
Angela works part time and is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.
