I am the Manager, ICT Infrastructure Projects in the Information Strategy and Techonlogy Services (ISTS) at UniSA.
My role is to manage a number of ICT Infrastructure Projects (which consists of a range of sub projects) over the course of each of their life cycles from business case through to implementation and sign-off. My role has a significant focus on project planning, stakeholder engagement and resource management.
I was proud to contribute to the UniSA Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) Bronze Accreditation application, which was awarded in 2019 by being a member of the Self Assessment team (http://www.unisa.edu.au/about/sage-pilot).

About me
I am the Manager, ICT Infrastructure Projects in the Information Strategy and Techonlogy Services (ISTS) at UniSA.
My role is to manage a number of ICT Infrastructure Projects (which consists of a range of sub projects) over the course of each of their life cycles from business case through to implementation and sign-off. Prior to this I supported the Research community at UniSA in my role as the Manager, Research and Data Management Support (RDMS) team in ISTS. This team is responsible for the development and support of the institution's Research Systems as well as the development and support of the University's corporate databases and data management solutions.
I also have extensive experience in the Library at UniSA, my most recent role being the Manager, Academic Library Services Division of ITEE and Division of EASS where my team supported the staff and the students at Mawson Lakes and Magill campuses and online.
I have a Bachelor of Arts (Hons - German and Irish), and postgraduate qualifications in Business and Financial Information Systems from University College Cork, Ireland and Library and Information Systems from University College Dublin, Ireland.
