Arna is an academic services professional with a background in journalism, publishing and public relations. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Politics/History) and joined the university in 2008 as a tutor in public relations and then joined the professional staff where she supports the suite of creative programs with a particular emphasis on program development and academic integrity.
Prior to joining UniSA, Arna published/edited a music/arts street magazine, and was a strong advocate for the arts, assisting in the founding of MusicSA and the South Australian Music Industry Association. A founding member of the Adelaide Critics Circle and contributor to The Barefoot Review, she is currently on the board of Women in Media SA and continues her interest in music through the ukulele!
