I am the Regional Tutor based in Port Lincoln and work as part of the Aboriginal Pathway Program from UniSA College. I have been in this role since 2015. I come from a background in health / sports science, outdoor education and enabling education.
I have a Masters of Education and it was during this study that I became strongly influenced by the Positive Psychology theories of American psychologist Martin Seligman and the application of Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn practice of mindfulness and wellbeing.
