Callum joined the University in 2016 as a Research Assistant, before becoming a Marketing Scientist in 2018 in the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute. He has gained practical experience in data collection, coding and analysis, literature reviews and fieldwork experiments.
His primary research interest is consumer behaviour, with his current research focusing on the listening behaviours of consumers in the music category.
