Ms Kate Duryea

Kate Duryea works as a sessional academic in UniSA Business. In 2024 Kate will lecture Advertising Planning and Media Buying, tutor MARK 1010 and MARK 1018. In past years Kate taught the internal intensive course Marketing for Health and Wellbeing MARK 2031; tutored for Digital Marketing MARK 3016; lectured Advertising Planning and Media Buying MARK 5079; marked MARK 5080. Kate has worked in a variety of courses since 2006 including (MARK 1010); International Marketing (MARK 3005), MARK 1018, mentoring subjects and Advanced Marketing which was taught in conjunction with Institute  Le Cordon Bleu (BUSS 2060) and MARK 5025. Past courses include public relations courses include COMM 2068, COMM 2066, COMM 1058, COMM 1057, COMM 1006, COMM 5005. and COMM 1054. In 2010 Kate completed a report for the marketing school's STEP 2010 project with another project officer. 

Kate has extensive experience in business and has worked within the tourism, semi-government, media and event sectors. She has experience teaching including course content creation, assessment and lecturing for postgraduate and undergraduate courses at several universities. Kate has operated her own business specialising in PR, media and marketing work. Between contracts with UniSA, the University email may not work.
