Dr Chia-Yen (Chad) Chiu is a Senior Lecturer in Positive Leadership and Wellbeing at the Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX), UniSA Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York. Dr. Chiu's research interests include team leadership, positive leadership, and leaders' wellbeing.
