Dr Chia-Yen (Chad) Chiu is a Senior Lecturer and a member of the Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX), School of Management. He holds a PhD in Management from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York, a Masters of Business Administration from the National Sun Yat-sen University, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan.
Dr. Chiu's research interests include team leadership, social network theories, and social influence.
