Ms Chanvi Singh

I am currently undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of South Australia from the School of Engineering. I am also affiliated with the Asia Pacific Centre for Work Health and Safety and Centre for Workplace Excellence through my supervisors. With a background in work and organisational psychology, I am interested in a diverse range of research topics. I am a tutor for Work and Organisational Psychology (BEHL 3008) within the School of Psychology, Social Work and Social Policy. I have also worked as a research assistant on a six-month project for the City of Salisbury that explored the readiness for Industry 4.0. My current research focuses on how social system factors like innovation capacity, attitudes towards organisational change and psychosocial safety climate of organisations contribute assist their businesses in getting ready for Industry 4.0. My research also aims to explore the moderating effect of Industry 4.0 on the relationship between these social system factors and organisational growth.
