Dr Chunfang Xu

Dr Janet Chunfang Xu is an Academic Mentor at UniSA Business for the Internships Team. She provides academic support, mentoring and advice for both undergraduate and postgraduate Business students. She believes that a work integrated learning experience is valuable for graduate students not only applying their knowledge learnt at University to a real work environment but being prepared for life-long learning in pursuit of personal development and excellence in professional practice.

Janet holds a PhD in Business and Management from University of South Australia. She previously obtained a Bachelor of Economics and an MBA degree in China. Prior to undertaking her PhD research in Australia, Janet worked for over ten years with a number of international companies in a variety of business management roles.

Janet is also an active volunteer for digital learning program at the City of Prospect. She enjoys actively engaging and educating community members with different cultural and educational backgrounds.
