Connor MacDonald is a researcher and tutor/marking assistant based at UniSA Business. His research interests lie in sociocultural understandings of sport and physical activity, with a specific focus on LGBTQ+ inclusion and diversity. While completing his masters thesis, which examined trans inclusion policies in the AFL and Cricket Australia and the news media and fans reactions to these policies, he published in a number of books and journals, and has presented at a handful of conferences, including NASSS and TASA. He currently works at CERM PI as a project officer, and has worked as a tutor/marking assistant for courses in UniSA Business such as Business and Society (BUSS 1057) and Fundamentals of Sport and Recreation (SPRC 2003).
