Dr Craig Lee is an Associate Professor of Tourism at the University of South Australia. He holds a PhD in Management and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. About me
Dr Craig Lee is an Associate Professor of Tourism at the University of South Australia. He holds a PhD in Management and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. His research focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation in hospitality and tourism, with his work published in leading academic journals across various disciplines, including tourism, marketing, and business. He also serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals, such as the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Foodservice Business Research. Additionally, he is actively involved in consultancy work for the tourism and hospitality industries in Australia and New Zealand. From 2017 to 2019, Dr Lee was a board member of DunedinHOST, the primary industry body for tourism operators in and around Dunedin, New Zealand. He is available for media commentary on matters related to the hospitality industry.
Dr Lee has experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in: Reserach Methods, Hospitality Management, Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Festivals and Event Managemenet, Tourism Marketing, and Business Ethics.
