Our science falls into 3 main areas of fundamental chemistry: (i) bubble and droplet interfaces; (ii) polymer layers at interfaces; and (iii) ionic liquids at interfaces. These areas of chemistry are essential for the understanding and development of applications such as: (i) mineral processing; (ii) lubrication; (iii) food texture and stability; and (iv) nanomedicine and biomaterials.
