Esther graduated from Flinders University with Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and has since worked in research at UniSA. Her research experience spans qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods and secondary research, with topics covering allied health, public health, evidence-based practice and health services.
She was also a co-supervisor for Honours research projects and a tutor for an undergraduate course (HLTH 1049 Introduction to Evidence Based Practice and Research in Health Sciences).
Esther currently undertakes her PhD focusing on 'Understanding, demonstrating, and communicating the impact and value of allied health'.
