Gaya is a casual lecturer/tutor teaching a range of Organisational Behaviour (OB) and Human Resources Management (HRM) subjects at undergraduate and post-graduate level at UniSA Business. Prior to migrating to Australia, she worked as a junior lecturer teaching several undergraduate courses, including teaching the visually handicapped students in their freshmen year at the University of Colombo. She also has six years of experience managing a portfolio of research programmes focused on peace and co-existence and was responsible for compiling working papers, white papers, weekly newspaper articles, as well as contributing to international journal publications on non-violence & co-existence.
