About me
I graduated with a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from UniSA Business in September 2024. I currently teach a range of Organisational Behaviour (OB) and Human Resources Management (HRM) subjects at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
Before transitioning into academia, I spent 9 years in industry, managing a portfolio of research programmes. During that time, I also dabbled in human resources management activities such as recruiting and selecting staff, developing training programs, and managing team performance. This diverse industry background has really shaped how I approach teaching. I try to mix theory with real-world examples to make the learning experience more relevant and engaging. My teaching philosophy centres on creating a safe and supportive space where students feel comfortable expressing opinions, asking questions, and actively engaging with course concepts via dialogue. By combining theory with practical application, I hope to help students thrive in today’s fast-moving work environment.
In my free time, I enjoy nature photography, trying out dessert recipes, hiking, and travelling.
