About me
Hamid works as a full time research associate in ARC reseach hub for integrated devices for end-user analysis at low levels (IDEAL) based in Future Industries Institute (FII), University of South Australia. Hamid Completed his bachelor in chemical engneering in Iran university of Science andtechnology (IUST), and immediately after graduation, he started a job in industry production manager in a chemical company for 2 years. Later, he moved to Malaysia, where he completed his master in chemical engineering in Advanced Membrane technlogy Centre (AMTEC), University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) working on developing nanocomposite membrane for fuel cell and water treatment application. Hamid commenced his PhD in The university of Queensland (UQ) working on design and synthesis of multifunctional mesoporous materials. Later in 2016, Hamid moved to UniSA, together with his research group to continue his PhD in FII. His PhD work was mainly focused on developing new mesoprous heteropoly acds for Li ion battery application. In addition he has discovered a novel approach on converting mesoporos heteropoly acids to porous Molybdenum and Tunsten carbide as a promising electrode for hydrogen generation and energy storage nanomaterial.
