Hayley Ruf is a Lecturer in Nursing within the Undergradute team. Hayley teaches into several courses in the Bachelor of Nursing program, and is also involved in several research projects. Hayley has been working clinically for eight years, where she initally worked within clinical research at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in pain and anaesthetics. Hayley moved into Emergency, after becoming an RN and completed her Masters of Nursing (Emergency). She was the seconded to the RAH, and helped develop a new acute care area for post-operative patients with a high risk of mortality. From there, she decided she wanted to pursue Nursing Education and further her research in other areas.

About me
Hayley Ruf is a Lecturer in Nursing within the Undergradute team. Hayley teaches into several courses in the Bachelor of Nursing program, and is also involved in several research projects. Hayley's role as a lecturer is teaching and supporting students to meet their goals. As a course coordinator for clinical subjects, Hayley also works closely with industry and clinical partners to support students on clinical placement.
In her spare time, Hayley is an avid reader and collector of books! She also enjoys digital art and yoga.
