She holds professional aviation qualifications from the USA, Europe and Vietnam. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and an Associate Degree in Air Traffic Control.

Hien is a member of the Aviation team, lecturing in the Bachelor of Aviation programs.

Work history

Hien Ha has been working in the Aviation industry for 16 years. She began her career as an Air Traffic Controller at a busy International Airport as an Approach and Tower controller. Hien undertook her flight training in the USA and has worked for multiple international airlines gaining vast experience flying 7,000 hours on Airbus A319/A320/A321 aircraft across Southeast and Northeast Asia.
