With a passion for helping others, Holly obtained her master’s degree in social work in 2011. She has been working in the field of developmental trauma since 2012, supporting individuals and families to overcome adversity, build strengths and resilience, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental health. Holly has valuable experience in front line child protection roles, family preservation services, and clinical mental health support. Holly is registered as a Medicare provider to deliver focused psychological strategies to individuals navigating various mental health challenges under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative.
Holly is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR and works collaboratively with clients to empower them on their journey towards healing. Holly’s expertise lies in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals impacted by trauma, to explore their experiences and better understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours.
