As a postdoctoral researcher, Hossein is continuing to explore Forugh's unprecedented poetic discourse on women’s sexuality and her confessional style through close reading of her poetry. Additionally, as part of his creative work, Hossein is working on a collection of short stories, each inspired by one of Forugh's poems.
