Jamie is a Kamilaroi woman and Lecturer with the University of South Australia, in the academic unit of Justice and Society. Within her role she is a course coordinator, tutor, and researcher in social work and humans services. Jamie is a qualified social worker and has spent many years working with Aboriginal communities in both New South Wales and South Australia. Jamie's background includes both government and the non-government sectors, in the areas of health, forensics, mental health, guardianship, alcohol and other drugs and community engagement.
