About me

Welcome to my homepage. I am an Associate Professor in Clinical Exercise Physiology here at UniSA. I have always been interested in the physiology of exercise and how this can influence human function and health. In addition to pursing this interest through teaching and research I have applied my interest practically in a number of modalities including performance enhancement, health and fitness coaching, and as an accredited clinical exercise physiologist working in private practice, hospital clinics, GP superclinics and university health practices.
