Ms Karen Davis

I am currently working as a Student Services Adviser at Campus Central City West for the past 8 years.  My primary role is to provide high quality, accurate and effective advice, information and assistance, within the confines of established policies, to students, staff and external agencies.

I have worked as a Project Support Officer for the Service Improvement Project, on a secondment.  The Service Improvement Project was a University-wide corporate project looking at business improvements; the outcomes informed decisions on the administrative processes that occur at School, Division and Central Unit levels. The aim of the project was to align, optimise and standardise administrative processes, ensuring that tasks performed by staff were appropriate to their levels. During this Secondment to the SIP, my primary aim was for the provision of business and general Human Resource Administration support across a range of activities within the SIP Project.

I have over 19 years’ experience working across a range of industries including travel, government, not for profit, defence and tertiary including working overseas. I have experience in administration, customer focused, human resources, financial, project management and front line advisory roles, including three years working in London.
