Khoa Nguyen received the B.Eng. (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) at University of Melbourne in Dec. 2005 and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunications at Institute for Telecommunications Research, University of South Australia in March 2010.
He is currently a Research Fellow at STEM.
His research interests include adaptive transmission, communciation with delay constraints, communications for interactive control, coding theory and satellite communications.
