I have been involved with UniSA as an examiner in the sonography program since 2013, commencing as a course coordinator in 2025.
I started my career as a radiographer in a public hospital, had trained in MRI and worked briefly in the UK before deciding to try ultrasound. I am very happy I switched over to the dark side! I enjoy working across all facets of sonography, but in particular I love teaching. I see sonography as a dynamic and rewarding career, and hope to share this passion with my students at the university as well as trainees in the clinical setting.
When I’m not working I love being at home with my family, travelling or curling up with a book.
