As a reference librarian based in the City West Library Services team, I provide support for teaching, learning, and research activities.
In addition to finding resources and assisting people with their searching and navigation of Library resources and services, I deliver and support training sessions, and create and maintain online content.
I am currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Information Management (Library and Information Management) and have developed an interest in accessibility, user experience, and universal design. Experience I gained in previous roles at UniSA, while teaching English in Japan, and doing freelance editing and proofreading, has also contributed to this interest.
