Lindsay has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources providing support to senior staff in performance development, academic promotions, recruitment, probation, workstation ergonomics and safety and wellbeing. Lindsay is a certified practitioner through the Workplace Health Association Australia and most recently completed a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.
