My main PhD project is a feasibility study of a peer support program led by and catered towards early career community pharmacists. The peer support model is heavily influenced by Hand-N-Hand Peer Support, an initiative founded in 2020 in response to the decline in emotional wellbeing of physicians and nurses during the height of COVID-19.
