Matylda holds a Professional Doctorate (Health Science) specialising in Health Services Management and Policy Science and Masters in Business Administration (Quality Management).
Matylda’s professional discipline is Nursing, where she has extensive Industry experience working in senior positions across a variety of health sectors.
Matylda’s primary teaching and research area of interest is leadership in healthcare. Her other research areas of interest include Person-centred care and quality and safety in health services.
