Megan is a Consultant: Organisational Development in the People, Development and Performance (PDP) team within Human Resources. She has worked at the University of South Australia since 2003 across various HR specialisations, and now focuses on team and individual development, senior staff projects and manager induction and development.
Megan is responsible for the design and facilitation of the Manager Essentials @ UniSA program, which forms part of the induction series available to new and incoming managers. Megan is a Consultant: Organisational Development in the People, Development and Performance (PDP) team within Human Resources. Megan is responsible for the design and facilitation of the Manager Essentials @ UniSA program, which forms part of the induction series available to new and incoming managers. Manager Essentials is a full day induction-to-role activity that aims to provide staff with the information, strategy and support to acclimatise to the University environment and their role as managers quickly and effectively. Other key responsibility areas include the senior staff 360 degree feedback initiative, leadership development and facilitation of team planning/development activities across the University.
Following completion of her Bachelor of Management (HR/IR), and Graduate Diploma (International Business), Megan has built on her interests in organisational development with accreditations in the Team Management Profile and Facet5 profiling/psychometric assessment tools, and consults across the University supporting team development and planning activities.
