Megan is a Consultant: Learning and Development in the People, Talent & Culture (PTC) team. She has experience across various PTC specialisations including business partnering, employment relations and now focuses on learning development and team performance, supporting UniSA staff with tools and resources to develop their capability and be the best they can be.
Megan is a regular facilitator in the Enterprising Essentials and Women's Development programs, and also actively contributes to induction programs including Manager Essentials @ UniSA, a one day induction-to-role event for new managers to acclimatise to their role as leaders at the Universiy quickly and effectively.

Megan is a Consultant: Learning and Development in the People, Talent & Culture (PTC) team. Megan has a keen interest in the development of equity, diversity and inclusion strategy at UniSA and is currently supporting the newly established Gender Equity Employee Network Group as Executive Officer.
Following completion of her degree and post grad studies, Megan has built on her interests in organisational and learning development with accreditations in a variety of team development and assessment tools (TMP, Facet5, Resilience @ Work) and consults across the University supporting team development and planning activities.
