Mehmet values the power of positivity, strategic authenticity, and confident humility and the effect they have on professional relationships. He was pleasantly surprised to see this principle in action in Daniel Kahneman’s reflections about his top collaborator Amos Tversky in 'Thinking, Fast and Slow'. There, Daniel mentions, he was drawn to the genius of Amos Tversky not just for his sharp intellect, but also for his collegiality, sense of humour, and the joy it brought. Mehmet believes that such attributes not only enrich collaboration but also contribute to a vibrant and productive work environment.
