Meredith Booth has worked in newsrooms for more than 25 years as a business and general reporter, features editor and opinion editor. Most of her work centred on South Australia for News Corp publications the Messenger, The Advertiser, AdelaideNow and The Australian although she ventured to Melbourne and London media organisations and worked for a time as a public relations consultant in Adelaide. Since 2017 she has worked as a freelance journalist and blogger for financial publications and companies and has begun working with the Google News Initiative/Walkley Foundation.
