As a passionate educator, Nick is a current member of the ALH Teaching Innovations Group, making recommendations for approval and implementation of teaching-related activities to support innovation and quality in teaching and learning. He is also a long-term member of the Outdoor Educators' Association (SA) and has received an award for Service to the OE community; and a member of Outdoor Education Australia.
Other current volunteer roles include membership of Paddle SA (Education & Safety Technical Committee); and Bushwalking Leadership SA (Training & Assessment Panel member).
