About me
My professional focus is on how artificial intelligence can be thoughtfully and effectively integrated into the Australian healthcare system by ensuring that the distinct perspectives of each health profession are recognised, respected, and elevated.
I am particularly interested in identifying and advocating for profession-specific requirements for AI implementation and use. As human-centred approaches take on a more central role in AI development, it’s essential that we account for the diverse roles and needs of healthcare professionals. I believe that recognising these nuanced differences is key to unlocking the full value of AI. Without this, we risk overlooking critical insights and unintentionally disempowering the very professionals AI is designed to support.
Drawing on my background in qualitative research as well as literature reviews and document synthesis, I aim to spotlight these diverse needs. My goal is to contribute to an AI-enabled future that enhances, rather than diminishes, the expertise and contributions of all healthcare professions.
