Noah d’Unienville is a PhD candidate with UniSA: Allied Health and Human Performance, investigating the use of functional foods for athletes to improve recovery and performance. Noah is a student member UniSA’s Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA), a research centre evaluating the effects of exercise, nutrition and other lifestyle activities on health, human performance and clinical outcomes.

About me
Noah d’Unienville is a PhD candidate with UniSA: Allied Health and Human Performance, investigating the use of functional foods for athletes to improve recovery and performance. Noah is a student member UniSA’s Alliance for Research in Exercise, Nutrition and Activity (ARENA), a research centre evaluating the effects of exercise, nutrition and other lifestyle activities on health, human performance and clinical outcomes.
Noah completed his Bachelor of Human Movement in 2016 with a major in Exercise and Sport Science, which was followed by an Honour’s year in 2017, where his project evaluated the use of heart rate acceleration as a marker of muscular fatigue and anaerobic performance. Since 2017, Noah has also been a tutor at UniSA delivering workshops and practical classes for Exercise Physiology, Functional Anatomy, Human Nutrition and Lifespan Growth and Motor Development, as well as serving as an online tutor with UniSA Online.
