Pam provides support to the Safety & Wellbeing team in the People, Talent & Culture (previously Human Resources) Unit.
Pam's primary role is to provide advice and guidance on the injury management program for staff, which includes monitoring the online incident reporting system, processing worker’s compensation claims and preparing recovery and return to work plans. Pam also organises emergency training for designated First Aid Officers, Emergency Wardens and Chief Wardens across the University and maintains records of emergency personnel on the Emergency Control Organisaion (ECO) register. She conducts workstation assessments for staff and offers advice on the ergonomics of a worksation.

Pam is an accredited Mental Health First Aider who is passionate about safety and wellbeing, both physical and mental, and enjoys every aspect of her role. She believes herself to be a strong team player who can adapt to constant change. She has a flexible personality with strong organizing, problem solving, inter personal, time management and communication skills. She strives to provide the best support and assistance with any health and safety matters that are brought to her attention.
